What is solar EVA film

Solar EVA adhesive film, namely solar cell packaging adhesive film (EVA), is a thermosetting adhesive film used for placing in the middle of laminated glass (EVA is the abbreviation of Ethylene Vinyl Vinyl Acetate acetate).

Because of the advantages of EVA film in adhesion, durability, optical properties, etc., it is more and more widely used in current modules and various optical products.

1、 The advantages of solar cell packaging adhesive film (EVA) are summarized as follows:

1. High transparency and high adhesion can be applied to various interfaces, including glass, metal and plastics such as PET.

2. Good durability can resist high temperature, moisture, UV, etc.

3. Easy to store. When stored at room temperature, the adhesion of EVA is not affected by humidity and water absorption film.

4. Compared with PVB, it has stronger sound insulation effect, especially high frequency sound effect

5. Low melting point, easy to flow, suitable for various glass laminating processes, such as embossed glass, tempered glass, curved glass, etc.
